So I’m not sure about everyone else, but finding out your pregnant was very strange. I mean, you spend months trying, only to not believe the results when the digital test clearly says “Pregnant 1-2 Weeks.” Pretty sure there’s no mistaking that result, but I needed to immediately get to Walgreen’s to buy more tests to confirm (only use the digital kind, no sense worrying about reading the results wrong). But then an even weirder thing happened, I got a negative result the next morning. I was crushed and confused. I then read everything possible about false positives, and the truth is they are just too rare to have it happen to me.
So I waited two more days until I could not handle it any more, took another test and it was clear, definitely pregnant! Now I’m over the top excited, results are confirmed, we’re having a baby! OMG, we’re having a baby. We ordered three novels on pregnancy and parenthood, just as a start.
